Never imagined I'd be writing a review for a car dealer in my wildest dreams....but here we are. We had went to a dealer that had an online advertised price for an Outlander (we understood that taxes, tags etc...were not part of that offering price) and were told that the add on's (mats, covers, etc...) were also not included in online price. We decided to insist on settling the online price as advertised (minus tax, tags) if the deal were to move forward. That dealer didn't budge off his new increased price. When we presented The guys at Giambalvo with the offer to purchase their Outlander at the previous dealers listed online price, they agreed immediately. No haggling, no hesitation whatsoever. They agreed to the price that the previous dealer advertising for their own dealership refused to honor! We left a deposit and agreed to return the next day to pay balance and take the car home. I was bracing myself for the inevitable "add on" sales blitz in the finance office with extended warranties, nitrogen in tires, spare key upsells and was pleasantly surprised that no hard sell pitch for any of those things happened. It was a simple, "this is what we're offering for extended warranty and if you're interested it will cost this much." That was it. This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered by leaps and bounds in my 60 years. Connor, Al, Tyler were great to deal with. All questions answered. Car presented in immaculate condition at pick up. Thorough review of cars functions. Introduction to service team. All services explained in detail. We are due to get another vehicle before the new year arrives and I will be going back to Giambalvo Kia again.
